Weekly cleaning and breakfast are included in the apartment accommodation price, so with us you can enjoy not only homelike living but also everyday luxury: a ready breakfast table and cleaning service.
Apartment for a commuter, student, or during a home renovation
We offer longer-term accommodation for different situations, for example on longer business trips or if a home renovation is coming up and you are looking for a place to escape.
For commuters
We have everything you need when you stay with us for work. Our apartments have good facilities for working, fast Wi-Fi and good space for work. On weekdays, our restaurant Freja serves a nutritious lunch for your working day.
For students
If you are coming to study in the capital region and still missing your own apartment, no worries because you can stay with us until you find your perfect home! Our 3-bedroom apartments can be used as a cell apartment, where everyone has their own bedroom and all the equipment needed for everyday life. We also have compact studio apartments.
During renovation
At Hotel Matts, you can find a place to escape for the duration of the renovation, whether it’s one person or a larger family. We have bigger 3-bedroom apartments for 4+1 persons where is a large kitchen and own sauna.
Metro brings you directly to the hotel
Espoo’s Matinkylä’s excellent services and transport connections make everyday life easier. We are located along the west metro, so you can easily get around us by metro, bus or your own car.
Pet-friendly apartments
We are a pet-friendly hotel and apartment hotel, so family pets are also welcome in some of our apartments. Please inform us about pets in advance so we can book you pet-friendly accommodation.
The price of pet accommodation is 15 € / day and 25 € / week in apartments.

Breakfast and weekly/final cleaning of the apartment are included in the daily price for long-term guests. We charge separately for the car park. If you stay for a longer period, the daily price is cheaper the longer you stay.
